04 / APPLICATIONS

Built around
your application.

Supplied roofing installation photographMATERIAL & INSTALLATION PHOTOGRAPHY

Butyl tape · the full application range

  1. New roof and below-ground waterproofing, structural construction joints and polymer membrane lap seals.
  2. Waterproof construction-joint sealing in municipal metro and tunnel structures.
  3. Air sealing, waterproofing and vibration damping at profiled metal sheet and daylighting-panel joints.
  4. Adhesive sealing in automotive assembly.
  5. Waterproof joint sealing in steel structures.
  6. Aluminium-foil-faced tape for sun-exposed civil roofs, colour-coated steel, steel structures, waterproofing membranes and PC panels.

05 / PRE-APPLIED TECHNOLOGY

Protection that
bonds with the structure.

Composite structure: polymer sheet, reactive self-adhesive layer and an isolation / anti-stick protective surface. Bonds with subsequently poured concrete to reduce interfacial water migration.

Brochure describes high tensile and tear strength, elongation, a fine-sand surface, UV resistance, puncture resistance, impermeability and hydrolysis resistance.

Brochure states peel strength of 2–3 times ordinary self-adhesive sheets and flexibility below −35 °C. The reference product and test conditions are not supplied.

Brochure describes direct reinforcement placement without a separate protection layer, application on damp substrates and work after standing rainwater is removed. Follow the specific system installation instructions.

The protective surface helps reduce UV exposure and foot sticking during reinforcement work. The brochure illustrates a construction-time saving of more than one third; this is not a guaranteed project outcome.

MATERIAL QUESTIONS

What languages are available?

The site supports Chinese, English, Spanish, French, German and Arabic. Read product specifications, properties, structure and installation guidance directly on the page.

Why do some materials have no dimensions?

The introduction lists EPDM, PVC, TPU and PE / PP materials but does not specify their dimensions or numerical performance data. Those fields require a confirmed technical sheet; no values have been invented.

Are the brochure performance statements warranties?

The dimensions and performance descriptions below are transcribed from the supplied brochure. Confirm the current technical data, test reports and project suitability before ordering. Brochure references are not independent certification or a project warranty.
